ContactOne Professional Services offers Registered Address Service to all our existing incorporation and secretarial clients. Every Singapore Company is required by law to have a valid Singapore address to be lodged as the registered address of the Company.

Why Use ContactOne Registered Address Service?

Most newly incorporated businesses are often in the budding stage and there is little to no need for a real office space at this stage. You may use your residential address as the registered address of the Company, if you meet the conditions stipulated by the Housing and Development Board (HDB) if you are staying in a HDB unit or the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) if you are residing in a private estate.

Alternatively you may consider the use of a business address in the Central District of Singapore offered by us, which will add credibility to your Company when you present your business card or portfolios to your prospective clients.

  • Self-collect your mails during our office hours: Monday – Friday (10am – 7pm)
  • Be able to opt for Mail Forwarding Service add-on to reduce travelling time, save on the rising transport costs and spend more time on your business.
  • Be able to opt for Mail Scanning Service add-on to reduce expensive overseas courier fees and yet receive your mails in a timely manner.
Updating Your Company Registered Address

We would like to provide additional guidance for you whenever you change your registered address:

  • For businesses registered with the CPF Board, you may update your new business address online via the CPF Employer Portal. Please note that you should always use the principal place of business as your corresponding address for CPF instead of the official registered address of the company.
  • For businesses registered with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), you may update the address change using EP Online if you are registered for the web system, or submit the “Request Form for Updates of Company Particulars” available on the MOM website.
  • Update the Registered Address with your current bank(s), either by submitting hardcopy update forms or visit the bank to do so.
  • Update your suppliers and customers of your new business address or registered address.
